Whole Pastured Chicken
We will be offering whole, pastured chickens three times this year.
Beginning of June, end of July and end of September.
These meat birds are raised on pasture, unvaccinated, and fed certified organic feed free from corn and soy.

Whole or Half Pork
Our heritage pork is raised in our woods eating roots, acorns, and other plants and seeds. For their main feed they are fed a grain mix that is certified organic, and free from soy.
They also act as the ultimate farm recycling, eating all the vegetables and apples from our farm that are overgrown or not to market standard giving them a huge variety of nutritious food to eat.
Pork will be processed and available for pick up in downtown Lonsdale after their processing date in October or November. You will receive a call from the butcher about cut preferences and processing options.
