Welcome to our Farm Page!

We are a first generation, family run farm. Our goal is to grow better than organically, in a sustainable and regenerative way.
Our name comes from the Frostbite apple. It’s been important to us for a long time, before actually farming, to support local organic growers. We’ve gotten to meet some of the most passionate, incredible people along the way. One of those farmers introduced us to his favorite apple: frostbite. It was an out of this world experience. One we realized we would never have had if there weren’t passionate growers out there looking for more than just shipping and storage qualities.
We want to give people a Frostbite experience. Cultivating heirloom varieties of meat and produce that offer the best flavor and nutritional value.
We also want to grow ethically—knowing that farming practices MATTER. For the health of the earth and our bodies, and for future generations. Our goal is to become certified organic producers. To grow produce in a no-till field, using compost and mulch to increase topsoil and soil health. Utilizing trap crops, insect netting and other natural methods of pest control—completely avoiding chemical pesticide use on the farm.

Eggs!

Our flock of over a hundred hens fill the farm store with their beautiful, colorful eggs.

The hens are kept on green pastures in the warm months and an insulated coop with a large, greenhouse materiel wrapped run in the winter so that they can always have access to sun and fresh air without the damage of subzero temperatures.

Our passion for clean food doesn’t stop at milk and produce. These ladies are fed certified organic feed free from soy, corn and seed oils.
