CSA (New!)

Community Supported Agriculture is a produce subscription program that benefits farmers and buyers alike. These boxes will be offered for a set period of time over the growing season. They offer you better value, highest quality, and first access to all of the produce we have to offer this year.

Why Choose Us?

On our farm we believe that food is medicine, and producing CLEAN food is our highest priority. Our produce is grown using beyond organic standards, zero synthetic chemicals, herbicides, insecticides, or fungicides. The watering systems we use in our fields are free of the lead and forever chemicals frequently found in such systems, and we do not use plastic mulches on our market rows (something allowed in organic production) to avoid chemical leeching and microplastics in the soil.

Unique Variety

We are also passionate about producing and preserving beautiful, unique varieties that have superior flavor and nutrition. This includes many heirloom varieties that are difficult to find elsewhere. From candy striped beets, and black tomatoes, to gnome (oxheart) cabbage and incredible melons like the galia melon. This melon looks like a cantaloupe on the outside, and a honeydew on the inside and has a tropical, banana-like flavor that has been a favorite of our customers.

What to Expect

Boxes will be filled each week with a variety of seasonal produce. Early in the season you can expect things like salad mixes and other leafy greens, as well as other early/cold hardy produce like radishes, carrots, cabbages and broccoli. As the season progresses, more produce will be in season, and summer crops like tomatoes, peppers and melons will become available. CSA shareholders will be given the first of everything as each new crop starts, and all your vegetables will be freshly harvested shortly before you receive your box to maintain nutrition and shelf life.

On-Farm Pick Ups

After receiving your deposit, we will reach out to establish your pickup day/time. All boxes are available for on-farm pick ups, but if we receive a request from group of  4+ families, we would be open to establishing a drop off locally.

Farm pick-ups will be available for current raw milk customers at the time of their milk pick-up. For CSA only customers, pick ups will be available:

Sundays — 4:00-5:30pm

Tuesdays — 8:30-10:00am or 4:00-5:30pm

Fridays — 8:30-10:00am or 4:00-5:30pm

Saturdays — 4:00-5:30pm

You will be able to choose the day/time that works best for you, and that will be your scheduled pick-up time for the season.

Limited amounts of all shares.

Payment

You can pay your total all at once, or put down a $50 deposit (non-refundable, goes towards total box amount) to reserve your spot, then pay the rest in two 50% increments: on March 28th, and on May 9th.

Leave a comment in the Venmo or PayPal payment of what products you purchase so we can reserve the right spot for you.

All payments are non-refundable.

Box Variations

Because production is not the same as we move through the season, the listed price per box reflects an average of what you will get over the course of the season. There will be lighter crops in the beginning of the season, and heartier ones coming during peak season (like melons!).
